The counter is provided by Webhits (http:///www.webhits.de) and collects the amount of visits to our website, when these visits occurred and what browsers and operating systems visitors used to access our web site. None of the data collected contains PII (Personal Identifiable Information). Registration is not required to enter our site. We do not have an order form. Potential clients will receive a formal written proposal by mail or in person during a meeting and upon accepting the proposal will sign an agreement, which regulates the relationship between 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. as the producer and the client. None of the above described procedures occur online. 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. maintains a “Client Section” which is username and password protected. If a client requires access to this section, 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. utilizes a password generator to generate random passwords with minimum lengths of 30 alpha-numeric characters. Neither clients’ assigned usernames nor passwords can be in any way accessed publicly. 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. does not save any client information online. If clients need to access their information, they need to contact 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. either by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail and then have to be verified by 3DRex & AniRex Studios, Inc. staff in order to delete or edit information. Our website is not encrypted. We have appropriate security measures (our utilized hard- and software include for example Watchguard’s Firebox Soho 6, Cisco Systems VPN Tunnel Router, various software firewalls, etc) in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We publish a newsletter (ezine), and we never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses. There is no option to sign up for our newsletter online, because it is sent to existing clients only. Clients can unsubscribe to the newsletter by replying to our newsletter with the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject field. In order to access our Broadband Area we require potential clients to provide us with their name and e-mail address. This information cannot be accessed online, however, can be edited or deleted by contacting us by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. From time to time we send our existing clients service-related e-mails to notify them of service issues with their account, broadband access or client area.
